We value our customers and are very grateful for referrals.

All costs incurred regarding packages subject to return shipping will be handled by the customer. We strongly request that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as Radiant Health for Life is not responsible for shipments previous to acceptance and arrival at our offices.

Radiant Health for Life offers quality products at affordable prices. We provide as much information, as possible, on our products and the products we represent in order to help you make a correct choice. If unsure, you are welcome to contact our customer service line.

Water Ionizer Return Policy

Our Invitation:
We invite you to try out our ionizers and enjoy the benefits for up to 60 days.
We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your Chanson Ionizer that we offer you a 60-day money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, in as new condition and in its original packing we will give you a  refund, less 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable as well and are to be handled solely by the customer. Any shipping cost incurred when providing free shipping will also be deducted.

“As new condition” means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVD’s etc.

All ionizers shipped in the USA require Adult Signature confirmation upon delivery. Radiant Health for Life is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the post office delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local post or delivery service. An option to purchase delivery insurance is offered if this is a concern.
Radiant Health for Life, Inc cannot be responsible for any delay in the delivery of packages, or for delay by customs inspection of International orders.

Return Policy for All Filters – Whole House and Under the sink, including Replacement filters and Pre-filters

Radiant Health for Life sells only the highest quality filters from Chanson Water and they inspect every batch in their facility.

All filter sales are final. There are no refunds on filters for any reason. If a filter was damaged in shipping we will send a replacement and the damaged filter must be returned to us within 10 business days or we must charge full price for it.

Other items:

If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer’s seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser.

Important

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Phone 914-923-4346 for RMA# * before returning any product to receive a *Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#). For your protection, we will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box and the RAN form completely filled out and placed inside the box. This is to avoid not knowing whom to credit a return to.

We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 2 business days of our receiving your return.

Return Procedure:

  • The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Include the RMA Number with the returned product. Clearly label the carton with the RMA Number on the Outside. No refunds or replacements will be issued without an RMA number.
  • All product returns to Radiant Health for Life must be accompanied by proof or purchase, such as the original purchase receipt, invoice, copy of order or an emailed version of these confirmations.
  • Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed appropriately. When shipping include all accessories, cables, cds, and manuals. If you have any questions on packing procedures, please contact customer service for guidelines. Items returned with missing accessories or damaged due to improper packaging are subject to higher restocking fees.

Product Acceptance Policy

All returned product that does not meet the following criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.

  • Defective on arrival product must be returned unused in it’s original box with all accessories in the packing unused.
  • All products returned to Radiant Health for Life for monetary refunds must have been purchased directly from Radiant Health for Life, and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (contact customer service to obtain an RMA Number) and proof of purchase, and be in the original packaging, including all materials pertaining to the product, such as the cables, manuals, power cords, power supplies, software, etc.
  • Products must be absent of visible markings, such as pen ink, labels, Velcro, magic marker, stickers, paint, oils and grease, glue, tape, etc.
  • Products must be absent of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, chips, tears, dents, compressions, etc.
  • After issuance of a valid RMA Number the product must be returned within 10 days or the product will be refused.
